The catalogue includes 36V 105Ah, 51.2V 105Ah, 60V 105Ah and 72V 100Ah or 105Ah listings, plus a 48V 50Ah option. These are separate vehicle-system choices, not a sequence of interchangeable upgrades. Use the cart and charger specifications to choose the voltage group before comparing capacity and enclosure fit.

Two choices often found in a 48V-class shortlist

The 48V 50Ah and 51.2V 105Ah listings differ in more than stored charge. Compare the full operating voltage, enclosure and current limits with the cart and its charger before treating one as an upgrade to the other.

Review the conversion details

For a replacement project, send the cart model, current battery layout, mounting dimensions and charger label. Retention, terminal access, cable protection and any display or communication connection should be part of the agreed installation.

Frequently asked questions

Is a 48V golf cart battery the same as a 51.2V battery?

Some products use a 48V system-class label while the pack specification gives a different nominal value, such as 51.2V. Check the exact chemistry, series arrangement, full-charge voltage and controller limits. A matching class label does not prove that the charger or cart is compatible.

Can you promise the golf cart's driving range from battery capacity?

Capacity is one input. Passenger load, gradients, tyres, controller settings, speed and usable energy also affect range. State the route and operating conditions when comparing packs, and validate the range on the cart before adopting a fleet-wide specification.
