Start with the equipment. Agree the configuration, sample checks and order requirements.
02 · Configuration and sample
Agree model/drawing revision, dimensions, leads, connectors, protection and labeling. Define what the sample must demonstrate and how it will be evaluated.
03 · During the order
Confirm configuration, quantity, inspection, packaging and delivery terms. Keep proposed changes visible and agree them before they affect the order.
04 · After delivery
For a technical issue, provide order/model reference, photos, operating conditions and charger information. We coordinate review under the support arrangements agreed for the order.
Customization starts with the interfaces.
Electrical, mechanical and commercial details
Discuss voltage, capacity, dimensions, housing, leads, connectors and required protection or communication functions. Feasibility depends on the selected cells, design and conditions.
Include logo artwork, label content and packaging requirements in the agreed configuration. Customization may change testing, documentation, sample cost and lead time.
What to include in a quotation request.
- Equipment model, application and operating conditions.
- Voltage, continuous/peak loads and charging information.
- Dimensions, weight limit, connector details and drawing.
- Sample/order quantity, destination and requested schedule.
- Documents, labels, packaging and acceptance checks.
