Information collected
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and requirements. Company and country are optional. We also record the consultation type, selected product, model, product page, source page and submission time so that our team can respond to the correct request.
Storage and email notifications
Inquiries are stored as private records in our WordPress system. Authorized staff can review and follow up these records. A notification containing your inquiry is sent through the configured website email service to our business mailbox. Website hosting and email providers process the information needed to provide these services. Email delivery may fail even when the inquiry has been saved.
Your choices
Product specifications can be downloaded without providing an email address. Submitting a consultation or sample quotation request permits us to respond to that inquiry; it does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
Retention and removal
Our team reviews retained inquiries and removes records when they are no longer needed for the business relationship or applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or removal of your information. Deleted records may remain in routine backups until those backups expire.
Testing
Use fictional customer details when testing this site. Notifications sent from a test environment carry a TEST marker. Do not enter payment details or confidential documents in the inquiry form.
Requested PDF checklist
If you request the battery requirements checklist, we use your email to send a download link and record the request in our private inquiry system. The download link expires after 48 hours. Requesting this document does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
