Review insulation, interconnections, cable exits, polarity and retention against the drawing. Joining methods depend on the design.
Protection and electrical checks
Where protection electronics are specified, confirm thresholds and interfaces. Agree functional, charge/discharge and inspection records for the configuration.
Aging, final inspection and packing
Define checks, traceability, labels and packaging for the order. Shipment documents must match the actual battery and packing arrangement.
Agree the evidence before production.
Useful documents include the approved specification, drawing revision, sample review, inspection criteria and applicable test reports. Confirm both battery performance and its fit within the final equipment.
