Product Description
The 3.7V 500mAh LiPo Battery is intended for a small energy budget and a tightly defined housing. A 35mm sample measurement supports one dimension of the 602535 format, while the finished drawing still needs to include the protection board and wires. The two-pin plug is specified by housing, pitch and polarity; similar-looking connectors are not necessarily interchangeable.
The 602535 Cell Format
A 602535 LiPo battery uses the 6 × 25 × 35mm nominal cell format and stores 1.85Wh. Protection circuitry, tabs, insulation, leads and the connector can enlarge the finished envelope. Check the complete assembly against the device cavity rather than using the cell code as a finished-pack drawing.

Sleep and Active Current
A 500mAh LiPo battery must be evaluated against both sleep consumption and active current. A device that transmits briefly can have a low daily energy requirement but a demanding current pulse. The cell and protection circuit need to support that pulse without treating the 500mAh capacity as a current rating.
Plug and Cable Routing
For a 602535 battery with connector, identify the mating plug and polarity before fixing the lead route. The sample’s two-pin appearance is not a connector specification. The cable bend should fit inside the closed device without pressing on the pouch edge or pulling on the protection board.
Compact Device Requirements
The small pouch format can be assessed for trackers, wearables and other compact electronics. Each device still needs its own energy and temperature assessment. Housing clearance is particularly important near board edges, fastening points and cable channels, where the finished assembly may extend beyond the nominal cell outline.
Review connector space as well as cell size
Agree polarity and protection requirements before ordering the sample. A capacity check should use the specified discharge condition, while mechanical acceptance should include the cable bend and clearance under the device cover.

FAQ
Is 500mAh enough for my device?
It depends on average load, peak current and duty cycle. New Journey reviews the device power profile before approval.
Can the device’s existing 1S charger be retained?
Check it against the 4.2V Li-ion/LiPo charging reference and the approved cell/PCM charging-current limit. The latter is not fixed on this page. Do not select charging current from the device’s load-current requirement.
What must the two-pin connector drawing show?
For this red/black two-wire sample, confirm the exact housing and pitch, pin polarity and lead exit. The small white plug shown in the reference does not establish a specific connector series or an interchangeable pinout.
Is the voltage in this battery name enough to approve a replacement?
The electrical reference is Nominal Voltage: 3.7V. The controller or device must tolerate the full charge-to-discharge operating window, not only the nominal value. Include the original charger label and equipment voltage limits in the replacement review; similar product names do not establish interchangeability.
