Sixteen 26700 cells form the 4S4P architecture of the 12V 20Ah LiFePO4 Battery Pack. The plastic case offers a defined mounting outline, but terminal covers and cable bends require space above it. For backup or portable loads, runtime follows usable energy and consumption rather than capacity alone. The recommended 14.4V charge profile should be matched to the equipment charger.

Production and Handling Context
Sample and Order Checks
New Journey handles incoming inspection, pack assembly, electrical testing, final inspection and packaging as separate checkpoints. For a 12V backup power lithium battery order, the approved sample becomes the production reference for voltage, capacity, BMS limits, polarity, dimensions, label and packaging.
Verify dimensions and terminal access
The exterior may fit while the terminal connection or fuse takes additional space. Include those clearances in the sample review, and verify that the charger follows the approved LiFePO4 profile.
