Product Description
The broad 145mm cell body and 60mm-wide tabs make mechanical support a central part of this 67Ah design. A pack layout must allow space for tab connections, insulation and thickness change with state of charge. Nominal energy is based on 3.60V and 67Ah; the separate typical-capacity figure should not be substituted into that nominal specification.
Size the wide cell around the pack architecture
A 67Ah pouch battery cell has a different mechanical starting point from the narrow 90mm-wide models. The JSN11145190 body is 145mm across and 190mm long. Its stated mass is 699 ± 10g, before a pack adds joints, wrapping, external wiring or protection. Use those additions in the aircraft mass budget.

Retain the 3.60V energy basis
The JSN11145190 cell is rated at 3.60V nominal and 67Ah, giving 241.2Wh by calculation. Do not substitute the 3.70V figure from another family member. The separately stated 68.7Ah typical capacity is also different from the nominal value used for this energy calculation.
Allow room for thickness and broad tabs
For this 3.60V high capacity battery cell, thickness rises from 10.8 ± 0.3mm at 50% charge to 11.4 ± 0.3mm at full charge. The two tabs are 60mm wide and 70mm apart at their centers. Their broad joint area needs a defined joining and insulation method, not an assumed connection copied from a smaller cell.
Set the test and integration conditions
A solid state cell for UAV packs should be accepted under stated conditions. This source lists 201A maximum continuous discharge, 67A maximum charge and a 4.25V charging ceiling. The pack designer must qualify the assembled power path and mechanical support separately. The solid-state classification does not establish electrolyte composition or an aircraft endurance result.
Related production and handling
The production reference shows pouch cells awaiting further handling. The broad tabs and cell dimensions of the 67Ah model must be checked against its own drawing before pack integration.
Discuss the Sample and Order
Send the pack-layout drawing with a 67Ah cell enquiry, including the space reserved for its wide tabs. Specify nominal-capacity acceptance, load requirements and the intended evaluation quantity.

FAQ
Should nominal energy use 67Ah or 68.7Ah?
This page uses 67Ah nominal capacity and 3.60V to calculate 241.2Wh. The 68.7Ah typical figure remains a separate reference value.
Are the tabs the same as those on the 90mm-wide cells?
No. This model specifies 60mm-wide tabs on 70mm centers. Joint tooling and insulation need to follow that larger geometry.
Can the cell rating be advertised as finished-pack performance?
A completed pack adds electrical joints, protective components and thermal constraints. Qualify that assembly before assigning it a current rating or flight-performance claim.
What should be defined for an initial order?
