Product Description
Small aircraft and compact electronics leave little room for battery interconnections. This pouch cell lists a maximum body size of 53 x 26 x 8.5mm and 6mm-wide tabs. A finished battery needs its own insulation, connections and protection arrangement. Keep the 1100mAh typical capacity distinct from the 1030mAh minimum when defining acceptance tests.
Dimensions and assembly scope
The JS802550 pouch cell has a maximum 53mm length, 26mm width and 8.5mm thickness. Folded sealing edges and the two tabs must be supported without sharp bends or pressure from the enclosure. A pack drawing should include interconnect insulation and any protection board.

A high-voltage single-cell charge profile
This 1100mAh LiHV cell specifies 4.35V normal charging and 3.0V discharge cut-off. A standard 4.2V cell profile is a different operating choice; the final device needs an approved charger setting. The separate 4.38V absolute maximum is not a routine target.
Define the current and capacity test
The 20C lithium polymer cell sheet lists 22A maximum discharge, 0.55A standard charge and 1.1A maximum charge. Its basic minimum capacity is 1030mAh, while a separate 1C performance test specifies 1050mAh. Keep each number with its test basis when writing acceptance criteria.
Tabs instead of a finished plug
For a 3.8V micro UAV battery cell, the drawing specifies two 6mm-wide tabs with 12mm centers. It does not define a completed aircraft connector. Confirm tab joining, insulation, protection and series count before requesting an assembled battery.
Related production and handling
The related image shows pouch-cell materials. For this small cell, acceptance focuses on body dimensions, tab condition and the agreed electrical tests rather than the appearance of a general workshop scene.
Prepare a Product Enquiry
For evaluation quantities, state whether the cell will be tested alone or built into a battery. Include the required tab connection method and acceptance-capacity basis with the request.

FAQ
Is the product a six-cell battery pack?
No. This page covers the 3.8V single cell described by the electrical table and cell drawing. A six-piece BOM phrase in the source does not define a finished 6S pack.
Which minimum capacity applies?
The basic table states 1030mAh. Another performance criterion states at least 1050mAh under its specified 1C test. The purchase specification should state the agreed test and acceptance value.
Can a connector be added?
A wired assembly can be reviewed after the required connector, polarity, protection and load are specified. These additions change the bare-cell supply scope.
What should accompany a sample request?
Provide the device charge-board limits, battery cavity, discharge current and requested quantity. New Journey can quote the cell or the separately defined assembly.
