Start with the equipment
Record the equipment model, operating voltage range and expected load cycle. Include continuous current and peak current with its duration; a peak figure alone does not describe the operating load.
Describe the available space
Provide the maximum envelope, mounting points, cable exits and connector reference. For aircraft, include the weight limit and centre-of-gravity constraints.
Include the charging system
Share the charger model, output voltage, current and connector. Nominal battery voltage alone is not enough to confirm charger compatibility.
Ask for the exact configuration
Before ordering, agree the model-specific specification, sample plan, order quantity and destination documentation. Keep the approved drawing and specification together.
