Product Description
The 72V 40Ah Electric Motorcycle Lithium Battery sits between the 30Ah and 50Ah versions in capacity and mass. Eight parallel 5000mAh cells per group provide the rated 40Ah, while the metal enclosure requires a project-specific fit drawing. For off-road evaluation, restraint, vibration and cable movement matter alongside electrical demand; the application label alone does not establish compatibility with a particular motorcycle.
Case Dimensions
For a 72V 40ah lithium battery pack, the electrical platform is defined, but the enclosure and interface stay project-specific. That helps the battery fit the motorcycle instead of forcing the motorcycle to fit a stock battery box.

Product Details
Controller Load and Discharge
For a high power electric motorcycle battery, sustained controller current and the duration of acceleration loads are separate design inputs. The source’s 340A and 400A options depend on the finished configuration. Motor power by itself does not establish a suitable pack, because cooling, wiring and protection also limit the installation.
Off Road Evaluation
A 72V off-road motorcycle battery is exposed to repeated acceleration, gradients and movement of the chassis. The approximately 14kg body needs secure retention and protected cable routing. Off-road suitability therefore requires vehicle-level assessment of mechanical loads as well as electrical demand.
Display and Service Details
The 72V 40Ah motorcycle battery uses a steel-case reference with a power display. Positioning the display and connection for inspection can simplify service access, provided those details also fit the frame. The final enclosure drawing defines handles, clearances and the removal path.
Use the vehicle duty cycle for verification
A short acceleration peak and a long uphill demand are different tests. Confirm the current and duration accepted for the complete assembly, then inspect cable clearances and the mechanical mounting on the vehicle.

FAQ
Can this battery support 10kW, 12kW or 15kW motorcycles?
It is positioned for these power classes and potentially higher, but the final approved capability depends on the BMS, controller current, motor load, cable, connector and thermal design.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes. OEM / ODM label, connector and project-based configuration can be reviewed.
Are the dimensions fixed?
No. Final dimensions follow the approved battery-bay and project drawing.
Does 340A / 400A apply to every order?
No. It is tied to the approved BMS and finished pack configuration.
Can it fit every 72V motorcycle?
No. Voltage alone does not determine fit. Current demand, charger logic, dimensions and interface layout all require review.
What is the fastest way to get a quotation?
Send the battery-bay dimensions, controller current, charger information, target power level and quantity.
